[A quiet, frustrated growl escapes, and it's difficult to tell, maybe, exactly what it's in response to. Jamil considers for a moment before lets out a sigh.]
I'm going to go get some supplies. Let's meet back up in your cabin.
[With that, he's standing and walking over to the door to open it. He glances at Azul before leaving.]
You don't have to rush there. Take your time.
[Now he's just going to leave to get whatever that stuff is.]
[He isn't sure what to say. He seemed... bothered? Azul's instinct is to tell him it's fine, not to worry, but...
He has a feeling that isn't going to fly, so the words die on his lips.
It's more startling when Jamil simply leaves him. For a moment he stares after the door, and then looks around the room, as if examining everything that he could possibly get into without Jamil's supervision.
Of course, in the end, nothing gets touched. He simply closes the door behind him and heads back to his cabin. There, he takes a seat on his couch, swinging up both legs to rest on it.
And then he peruses the network on his device while he waits.]
[He steps inside, a bag in one hand. After closing the door, he walks over and sets the bag on the floor.
With that, he pulls out a plastic bag of... fruit? It's slices of raw pineapple, apparently. Jamil holds it out for Azul to take.]
Pineapple is a natural source of bromelain, something that has anti-inflammatory properties. Eat a few slices of that each day. Additionally, you should add apples and citrus fruits to your daily meals, where possible.
[Next, he pulls out two bags of ice, a towel, and some pillows. After this, he's kind of steamrolling through his explanations and his actions.]
Keep your legs elevated above your heart, when relaxing. Do all of this, and your injuries should show considerable improvement within a few days.
[Jamil then wraps each bag of ice into each half of the towel, and then he holds the makeshift duel-ice-pack out for Azul to take. Once that's handed off, he gets started on making a comfortable enough place for the mer to elevate his legs. Yes, he's just... going to pick the other young man's legs up so that he can slide the pillows under them.]
There. [As soon as he's done, he'll put the ice pack on the bruises.] Are you hungry, at all?
Like, he'd thought maybe Jamil had gone to get some ice. Sure, that was reasonable. But he's being given... pineapple? A diet plan?? What...?
He takes the bag, the bewilderment clear on his face.]

[...he's still going. He takes the makeshift ice packs, just as bewildered. A small, undignified noise of surprise escapes him when Jamil moves his legs, face turning red.
He can't help but wince at the ice packs, flinching just a little. But then the question has that red color darkening.]
H-hold on. I thought I said you weren't indebted to me...
[So what the heck is all this, all of a sudden??? And Great Seven could his face cool down for just a second please.]
Are you hungry, at all? All that's left in that bag is some leftover food from last night. I kept it in the fridge, and - conveniently - it's not only meant to be served cold, but it's usually better by the second or third day.
[If Azul does decide to look in the bag near him, it's a container of fruit salad and a container of what's labeled as strawberry gazpacho. There's also some flatbread and crackers.]
[Why is he still asking him questions! And trying to get him to talk! Why can't he just die in peace...
He takes a deep breath to steady himself, then looks over at the assortment.]
... not really, no.
[He has a little too much nervous energy bubbling inside of him to have an appetite.]
... I'll try to eat it anyway.
[It's all fairly harmless as far as calories go. And... he hardly wants to turn Jamil away, after he put in... all this effort... Which he's still trying to wrap his head around.]
