Ah, I'm mostly wondering because part of making your way out of here is finding a warden you do get on the same wavelength with, so you can really work through things. It's a good thing to keep an eye out for.
You don't just have to think about it with people you're temp assigned to, either.

It might seem like a shaky goal, but I really think it does a lot for people. I've seen some of our graduates go from new arrival to Warden, and it's a hell of a change.
"Does a lot" in the sense that the graduating inmates I've known are all more stable, making better decisions, and using their abilities for the good of themselves and others in ways they weren't when they started out here.
[Look at him, using modern slang! Even if he said it with all the delicate care of a refined lady removing a cockroach from the sugar bowl with the very tips of the tongs. Yunlan's so proud.]
So it's not that surprising that you haven't spotted anyone yet -- but why don't you expect to? We've got a wide variety of people here, after all.

I tried to get him to come into the water with me. Instead, my words had him getting up too hastily, and he fell.
That also resulted in a concussion.
